Wheat flour – 1 cup
Grated processed cheese – 1.5 cups
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Cheese Paratha Recipe
To make tasty cheese paratha, first of all put wheat flour in a vessel and add a pinch of salt to it and mix it by adding water little by little. After kneading the soft dough, cover it and keep it aside for some time. After this, put grated processed cheese in a big bowl and prepare the stuffing by adding red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, green coriander leaves and a pinch of salt and mixing it well.

Now take the flour and knead it once more and then make balls of equal proportion. After this, keep a nonstick pan on low flame to heat it. Meanwhile, take a ball and roll it round. After rolling a little, place the prepared cheese stuffing in the center and close it from all sides to make a round ball. After this, press it and roll the round paratha again.

When the tawa becomes hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. After this, put the rolled paratha and roast it on medium flame. After some time, pour oil on the edges of the paratha and turn it over. Apply oil on top of the paratha and roast till the cheese paratha becomes crispy and golden brown from both the sides.
